Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: May 13, 2026

Thanks for being an early participant in BidBuddy. This is beta software — it’s unfinished, it may have bugs, and things will change. By accessing the platform, you agree to the following.

1. What This Is

BidBuddy is pre-release software provided to you for testing and feedback purposes only. It is not a finished product. Do not use it for business-critical work, formal contracts, or anything where accuracy is legally required. Features may change or disappear without notice.

2. Your Access

Your beta invitation is personal to you. You may not:

3. Feedback

If you share ideas, bug reports, or suggestions with us, those are ours to use. We may incorporate your Feedback into the product without compensation or credit. We appreciate it and will put it to good use.

4. Keep It Confidential

Everything you see inside BidBuddy — features, workflows, data, roadmap — is confidential. Please treat it that way. This obligation survives if your access ends.

5. No Warranties

BidBuddy is provided “as-is.” We make no promises that it will work perfectly, be error-free, or suit your needs. Beta data may be reset or lost. This is part of the deal.

6. Limited Liability

Because beta access is free, our liability to you is capped at $100. We are not responsible for lost data, lost business, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. We Can End Your Access

We can suspend or revoke your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You can stop using the platform at any time as well.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
